Thank you for your interest in shopkbloom!  Your trust and support are most important to us on this amazing journey.  Many questions can arise when spending your hard earned money.  We have tried to cover as many obvious questions below as possible but if you have more please contact us at customerservice@shopkbloom.org.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A:
 Inventory held by shopkbloom - Shipments will leave within 3 business days of order completion. Any product from a third party supplier will be drop shipped from their location based on product availability and shipping timeframe which is generally 3-4 business days. If you have any questions please contact customerservice@shopkbloom.org and include your order number and detailed questions and we will get back to you within 24 business hours.

Q: What if product on my order is not available (back ordered)?
A:  If product is back ordered we will contact you via email with this information and the expected shipping date. If you decide you do not want to wait or would like to order something in it's place please let us know and we will help you change your order.

Q: Can I choose a carrier of my choice?
A: Currently all product shipped directly by shopkbloom will be delivered via USPS Ground Standard Shipping in 2–8 Business Days. Product being fulfilled by third party will be shipped via their standard carriers. 

Q: Can you ship orders internationally?
A: Currently shopkbloom only ships to addresses within the U.S.
